Conducting Fellowship

The Conducting Fellowship is designed to expose young conductors to all aspects of leading a professional organization, including conducting, artistic and personnel management, education, and other production aspects while working with The Miami Symphony Orchestra for a week during the 2025-2026 Season. The Fellow will cover rehearsals, taking balance notes, and provide support in all artistic and production aspects of the performance, while also participating in MISO’s educational and outreach programs. A small stipend will be offered to help cover travel costs if needed.
