Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education (preferred), Music, or Arts Administration; or commensurate job experience. 2 years’ experience in a similar position or role or capacity. Experience as a music teacher, music director, stage director, community project director, or other program director at an elementary, middle, high school, community, college, or professional level.
Opera Idaho seeks an Interim OICC Director and Educational Coordinator to oversee planning, implementing, and administering all aspects of the OICC and to plan and coordinate outreach programming for the 26-27 season. Ideal candidates may already work in music or arts education, can see this job fitting into their current skillset and responsibilities, and/or have previous experience in music education or community arts programming.
